We who witness these words call for for the Americanelections on November 2nd 2004 to elicit the greatestvoter turnout in this country's history to date. We call for a powerful force of truth and justice tospread across the United States so that the votingprocess and the tabulation of votes in this electionare honest, functional and accurate. We call for more people than ever before to find theirtrue, authentic voice through participating in theseelections. We call for the mainstream media to provide accurate,ethically responsible and non-partisan informationfrom now on. We call for a swift end to news that is ruled byfear-based propaganda. We call for justice to be swiftly served in all casesof voter and tabulation fraud and for the Americanjudicial process to support the ideas and wishesexpressed in these invocations. We call for all electoral and initiative outcomes inthis election to result in the healing and empowermentof our culture at large. We call for the next President of the United States toserve as a truly compassionate world leader dedicatedto waging peace over waging war. We call for this next President to wisely de-escalateAmerica's military presence in Iraq. We call for this next President to rapidly takeactions which will result in a serious reduction ofthe national debt and a dramatic decrease in ourculture's consumption of fossil fuels. We call for a tremendous healing to take place inAmerica over the next four years, a healing that willsoften the polarization that exists in our country andbring people of differing points of view closertogether. We call for assistance from any and all good-heartedhigher powers, be they within and/or around us, toassist in bringing about the changes we are callingfor in this invocation. |
